Desired Onsite Technician Career Applicant:

Position for immediate fulfillment; experienced onsite technician with thorough
troubleshooting capabilities. iNET PC/ Web builds and provides technical support for
computers and is a website development company. iNET is looking for an onsite technician willing to do what it takes to deliver superior technical support and services to iNET customers.

While in depth comprehension and expertise in all areas of technical support is not required, a minimum of a basic understanding in the following areas is essential to the best performance as an onsite technician.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to diagnose and configure hardware properly
• Understanding of active directory, TCP/IP/ routing
• Experience with routers and cisco hardware
• Experience with chkdsk, nslookup, ipconfig, tracert ping, and other various Windows commands
• Knowledge of and experience with Windows XP/ Vista/ 2000
• Knowledge of basic data recovery
• Experience with various types of computer hardware
• Ability to DC Promo a domain
• Ability to join workstations to domains
• Ability to set permissions on folders
• Knowledge of tape backup software and hardware

Knowledge of and proficiency in the following is desirable:

• Exchange
• SQL
